BioLife Plasma Services in Visalia, CA is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support donor eligibility determinations, adverse event management, and lab result reviews. You will work under the Center Manager and Center Physician to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in a plasma collection setting.

The role requires state RN/NP/PA licensure, CPR/AED certification, and completion of BioLife training.

Formación

• Requires state licensure as RN, NP or PA.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• FDA/bioLife training completion required.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and medical history interview.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer complex cases to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
• Support vaccination programs for staff as applicable.
• Oversee incident reporting and EHS guidance as needed.
