Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Serves as acting leader in the absence of the Center Manager and oversees donor operations and staff during shifts.
• Creates staff schedules and coordinates task assignments and coaching.
• Maintains inventory levels and submits orders to vendors.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards and maintains accurate documentation.
• Supports daily operational plans to achieve performance targets.
• Promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
