Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Florida seeks a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations, and provide limited emergency care as allowed by licensure. You will supervise SOP adherence, cGMP compliance, and donor safety across center operations.

You’ll review donor data in NexLynk, mentor new staff, and collaborate with center physicians to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This position requires graduation from a recognized healthcare-related program.
• Current state license/certification is required or allowed by state regulations.
• One year of hospital, field care, or plasma center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews and informed consent per SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Review and document donor information and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions with appropriate care.
• Consult with licensed physician regarding abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Mentor staff and support QA backups as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
