Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a healthcare professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations per state regulations, and provide limited emergency care as permitted by licensure.

The role requires knowledge of SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines, with collaboration across plasma center operations. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in donor center training and QA backup activities.

Qualifications

• Physician, LPN, or RN licensure required or equivalent license.
• EMT certification or license as allowed by state.
• 1 year hospital, field care, or plasma center experience preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• State license to perform moderate complexity testing where required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history reviews and physical assessments per SOPs.
• Review and document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Counsel deferred donors and refer to health departments as needed.
• Maintain thorough Physician Communication Logs and eligibility assessments.
• Mentor and train Medical Professionals as a QA Backup.
• Support SOP, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
