Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a Donor Center Professional responsible for evaluating donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis and administering approved immunizations per state SOPs.

The role includes supervision and training, with emphasis on compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will review donor data in NexLynk, monitor for adverse reactions, and collaborate with the center physician to ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting a donor-focused

Qualifications

• Graduate of a healthcare-related educational program.
• Current, valid state license/certification (Physician, RN, LPN, EMT, or equivalent).
• Current CPR certification.
• One year hospital, field care, or plasma center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and consent discussions per SOPs and regulations.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions with appropriate care.
• Consult with center physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Counsel deferred donors, ensure confidentiality, and refer to health departments when needed.
• Maintain documentation such as logs and donor eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and act as QA Backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as designated trainer.
• Support center compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate to maintain an efficient, donor-focused environment.
