Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis and oversee administration of approved immunizations in line with state regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities include reviewing donor histories, documenting records in NexLynk, and advising center physicians on abnormal results. You will train as a Donor Center Technician I and support QA duties while ensuring compliance and donor safety.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare licensure/certification valid in the state performed.
• 1+ year hospital, field care, or plasma center experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Graduate of healthcare-related program (RN/LPN/ Physician).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent per SOPs, FDA, CLIA, and cGMP.
• Review and document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care within licensure.
• Consult with Licensed Physician on abnormal results and eligibility.
• Counsel deferred donors and refer to health departments when needed.
• Maintain Physician Communication Logs and donor eligibility documentation.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and serve as QA backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer.
• Support center compliance with SOPs, quality systems and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team for donor-focused environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
