Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Waterloo, IA is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support plasma center operations. You will determine donor eligibility, monitor safety, and respond to adverse events under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN/LVN licensure in the responsible state.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to perform basic IV therapy.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and conduct medical history interviews.
• Manage donor adverse events and conduct physical examinations.
• Review test results and communicate unsuitable results to donors.
• Support vaccination programs and assist with medical duties as needed.
• Coordinate with Center Manager and Center Physician for medical issues.
