Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with state nursing program requirements.
• Current state licensure/certification: EMT-B/A/I/P, LPN/LVN, or RN with CPR & AED.
• Meet state requirements for basic IV therapy; complete BioLife FDA training.
• Minimum two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history.
• Manage donor adverse events and review serological test results (SPE).
• Notify donors of unsuitable test results and refer medical issues to the Center Physician.
• Assess donor reactions and follow SOPs for emergencies; coordinate donor transport when needed.
• Support vaccination programs and assist with occupational health/EHS guidance.
