Job summary

Clearbridge Executive Search is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Leader to join our client’s manufacturing division in the United States. The role focuses on shaping the plant-wide CI strategy, deploying Hoshin-Kanri, and driving standardized work and Kaizen initiatives across teams.

You will mentor cross-functional groups, manage capital projects, and track KPIs while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience working in a continuous improvement role.
Certification in continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Master, or equivalent.
Strong leadership abilities with effective team management skills.
Ability to speak conversational French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a plant-wide CI strategy aligned with goals using Hoshin-Kanri to set direction.
Lead and mentor teams in CI practices, promoting standard work, Kaizen projects, and employee-driven ideas.
Build and manage the CI project portfolio and local CAPEX to deliver on time with measurable results.
Assess processes, reinforce Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, ensuring proper CI systems implementation.
Track KPIs, maintain visual boards, and report progress to senior leadership.
Drive CI culture through training and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring food safety and quality.
