Job summary

Rangen LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead operational excellence across our feed production facilities. You will partner with plant and senior leadership to identify waste, stabilize processes, and standardize best practices using Lean and data-driven methods.

You will spend time on the production floor with operators, run kaizen events, and drive improvements in throughput, safety, and quality. Travel up to 75% initially, with future reductions as programs mature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Lean and data‑driven problem‑solving experience.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% initially, reducing later.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on the production floor engaging operators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead kaizen events focusing on SMED, waste elimination, and line efficiency.
• Track CI actions, verify cost savings, and document projects.
• Support safety, quality, and cross-site improvement initiatives.
• Travel to support multi-site improvement initiatives.
