Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to own Lean Manufacturing and CI strategy, driving margin through waste elimination and KPI delivery.

You will lead onsite CI efforts, apply Hochin, Kaizen and other Lean techniques, and facilitate 6S events, partnering with maintenance and operations to sustain improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred/required.
• At least 4 years of CI/Lean manufacturing experience in high-speed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Act as a resource for CI techniques such as Hochin, Kaizen and other Lean methods.
• Lead the CI group activities coordinating with maintenance and Operations to drive site-wide improvements.
• Facilitate 6S and other CI events to remove waste and improve yield and production processes.
• Engage production personnel to participate and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and ensure improvements are communicated and supported.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and deliver CI training.

We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader that will be responsible for Lean Manufacturing and CI strategy while executing deployment driving margin through sustainment of plant KPI's/deliverables and waste elimination.

Position Overview:

• Candidate will lead the onsite efforts on Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Act as a resource to the organization for the use of continuous improvement techniques such as the Hochin, Kaizen and various Lean Manufacturing techniques and other improvement methods.
• Lead the activities of the CI group including their interaction with maintenance function, Operations to drive site wide improvements.
• Facilitate special CI events activities to drive 6S, plant improvement performance in capitalizing on removing waste and improvement of yield, and production processes.
• Drives engagement with production personnel to participate suggest improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to effect change in a manufacturing environment and ensure improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and deliver continuous improvement training.

Requirements:
