Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives on the production floor, mentor teams, and deploy CI strategies across the plant.

You will drive Kaizen events, track savings, and partner with plant leadership to deliver sustainable performance improvements. The role requires a strong Lean background, GMP/SQF awareness, and a data-driven approach to eliminating waste while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Operations or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success driving cultural and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, and coach Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive deployment of CI strategies across the facility and partner with Plant Leadership.
• Mentor employees in CI tools and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track cost savings, project status, and sustainability of improvements.
• Analyze plant financials to identify cost-saving opportunities.
