Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Plant Reliability & Facilities Supervisor to safeguard uptime and safety on our manufacturing site. You will lead a multi-skilled maintenance and tool room team, ensuring equipment reliability, safe operations, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive the preventive maintenance program, manage space planning, oversee hazardous waste handling, and coordinate projects, RFPs, and contractor work while mentoring technicians and building a high-performance team.

About the RoleAs the Plant Reliability & Facilities Supervisor, you are the guardian of uptime and safety across our manufacturing site. You’ll lead a multi-skilled maintenance and tool room team to keep equipment, the building, and the grounds operating dependably and compliantly.A Day in the LifeKickoff: Host a morning huddle to align priorities, distribute work, and confirm preventive maintenance tasks for the day.Walkthroughs: Tour production and facilities areas, inspecting equipment and the efficient use of plant space and utilities.PM Leadership: Drive the site’s preventive maintenance program—scheduling, verifying completion, and adjusting frequencies to meet reliability goals.Compliance First: Oversee proper hazardous waste handling and disposal, and serve as the point of contact with public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.Project Oversight: Review construction and installation work, ensuring strict adherence to specifications.
