Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a manufacturing setting. You’ll supervise PM programs, optimize reliability, and coordinate repairs for liquid filling lines and packaging equipment with PLC/servo controls.

You will implement standardized procedures, manage budgets, and build strong contractor partnerships while ensuring safe, compliant operations and timely record‑keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years as a maintenance manager in manufacturing with PLC/servo knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: installations, repairs, PMs, and reliability initiatives.
• Design and roll out maintenance procedures; train teams and verify adherence.
• Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections for early issue detection.
• Set repair schedules, estimate costs/time, ensure quality.
• Maintain daily records: progress reports, logs, and metrics.
• Oversee spares, place orders to prevent stockouts; manage end-to-end PM program.
• Foster safety culture; teach safe operation and enforce policies.
• Manage budgets and funding requests; build contractor relationships.
