Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a reliability leadership professional to orchestrate maintenance engineering for a manufacturing plant. You will protect uptime, empower teams, and build a facility that performs at its best each shift.

Qualifications

• Proven background leading industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and calm command during emergency repairs.
• Experience with PM/PdM systems, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of QMS requirements, Environmental standards, and IATF 16949.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, manage spares, and partner with Purchasing and Production.

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly improve machine uptime and OEE against company benchmarks.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and machinery issues to keep production flowing.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and install/relocate machinery.
• Supervise outside contractors and verify safe, high-quality work.
• Maintain 5S and high housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for spares, tooling, and supplies; manage vendor relationships.
• Safeguard uptime with a well-managed essential spare parts inventory.
• Hit departmental goals while driving continuous improvements in MTTR and MTBF.
