Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a manufacturing leader to safeguard people and equipment, elevate quality, and maximize throughput on the plant floor. You will coach a crew, troubleshoot in real time, and drive data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

You will lead safety practices, ensure GMP/HAACP compliance, and mentor teams, while building daily production plans and sustaining line performance through Kaizen, 5S, and 8D programs.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree or 5+ years as a manufacturing lead/supervisor.
• Lean Six Sigma training and project work preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for safety and lead a safety culture across the plant.
• Deliver top-tier quality by monitoring visual and dimensional checks and collaborating with Quality.
• Hit production targets by building daily plans, assigning work, and keeping lines running with proper reporting.
