JCB North America is seeking a Training Manager for our Savannah, GA manufacturing operations. This hands‑on leadership role will design, deliver, and govern training programs to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across the plant.

You will partner with HR, EH&S, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to build scalable, compliance‑driven curricula, onboard new hires, develop leaders, and measure program impact across shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of training, learning and development experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs is essential.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to identify skill gaps and implement training solutions.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a plant training strategy aligned with operational priorities and workforce needs.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify training gaps and prioritize learning solutions.
• Create annual and ongoing training plans for production readiness, employee development, and growth.
• Provide guidance to plant leadership on training priorities, resources, and risks.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and report progress to plant leadership.
• Coordinate translation or bilingual delivery of training materials when appropriate.
