Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Lead in Pooler, GA to provide frontline leadership in a heavy-duty production environment. You will guide safety, quality, and productivity while coaching team members across multiple manufacturing areas.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in manufacturing and 1–2 years in a supervisory role, forklift certification, and a commitment to continuous improvement and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in heavy-duty manufacturing, assembly, or production.
• 1–2 years in a Team Lead, Lead Operator, or supervisory role.
• Hands-on production environment experience.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership in a fast-paced heavy equipment manufacturing setting.
• Lead and support a team to meet SQDC objectives.
• Oversee assembly and sub-assembly operations with hand/power tools.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, manipulators, and assembly equipment.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; onboard new hires.
