Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Plant Training Coordinator to oversee training in Operations, Quality and Technical roles. You will ensure induction for new hires and cross-training for existing staff, aligning the plant training plan with Refresco NA.

Collaborate with HR Business Partner and Plant Leadership to keep materials current and compliant. Responsibilities include managing Alchemy LMS, recording training outcomes, developing SOPs, scheduling with plant leaders, and pursuing

Qualifications

• Experience in high-speed beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated training experience in a production environment with project management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint; familiar with Alchemy or similar training systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, organize, deliver, and evaluate training activities focusing on job competence.
• Coordinate training with plant leadership, HR, and supervisors to align with quality and safety standards.
• Manage Learning Management System (Alchemy) and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with corporate training to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify training gaps and leverage local/state grants where possible.
• Document procedures and create training aids and SOPs.
