Job summary

The Colonial Group is seeking a Training and Capability Development Coordinator to establish and sustain the plant's training framework, supporting workforce capability, compliance, and operational performance. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training systems, materials, and processes across onboarding, technical development, and leadership growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Experience in training, workforce development, and learning administration is preferred, especially in manufacturing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and continuously improve training systems, materials, and processes.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure consistent integration.
Maintain training records, qualification docs, and audit-ready files.
Schedule, communicate, track attendance, and handle logistics for trainings.
Collaborate with HR, management, engineering, EHS, quality, and department reps to align training with plant needs.
Lead apprenticeship programs and leadership development initiatives.
