Job summary

Printpack in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Plant Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training to support safety, workforce capability, and operational goals. This daytime role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and continuous learning across the facility.

You will build training content, manage records in the LMS, and partner with Operations and HR to identify and close skill gaps, driving manufacturing excellence and employee

Qualifications

Experience in training, coaching, and facilitating learning programs.
Strong written/spoken communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs, work instructions, and learning materials.
Lead onboarding and employee development initiatives for new hires and existing staff.
Administer training records and assignments in the LMS (Workday Learning or similar).
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and supervision to address training needs and improve performance.
