Job summary

Continental in the United States is seeking a Lead Training & Organizational Development Specialist to drive the plant's learning and workforce capability strategy. You will partner with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and HR to build a highly skilled workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years in training, learning & development, organizational development, or related HR function.
Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the plant's training and qualification system to ensure employees are trained and prepared for their roles.
Identify skills gaps and prioritize training needs with production, maintenance, and quality.
Oversee delivery of technical, operational, compliance, and on-the-job training programs.
