Job summary
McCormick & Company, Hunt Valley Plant, seeks a Site Training Manager to lead the Training & Development program and own the site's training systems within the Journey to Excellence framework. You will partner with plant leadership to design and implement training strategies that elevate manufacturing capability.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant training experience, with curriculum development and training delivery experience.
- Experience with HPWS/Self-Directed Work Teams in a manufacturing context.
- Understanding of TPM or lean manufacturing and business impact on training.
Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to identify training needs that drive manufacturing excellence.
- Design, develop, and implement the training strategy integrated with Journey to Excellence.
- Lead the Training & Development pillar and site-level qualification processes.
- Develop training standards and measures to support self-sufficient teams.
- Onboard and develop new employees through structured programs.
- Determine instructional methods and select teaching aids for effective learning.
- Support implementation of new technologies with training schedules.
