Job summary

TE Connectivity in Mansfield, OH is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to ensure workforce competence, regulatory compliance, and effective training systems aligned with AS9100D. You will report to the Plant Manager, design and deliver programs, and partner with leadership to drive talent management across the site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent management or training in manufacturing, plus ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D familiarity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in talent management, training, or organizational development in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D; lead auditor certification preferred.
• Experience with AG5 training platform and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and design programs to support workforce competency.
• Deliver training aligned with AS9100D requirements and regulatory standards.
• Partner with country HR to drive employee engagement and culture.
• Maintain training documentation, audit trails, and compliance records.
• Analyze training metrics and coordinate internal and external training.
• Support EH&S and plant requirements; ensure on-time program delivery.
