NRG Energy seeks a seasoned engineering leader to oversee technical activities at the Cedar Bayou Plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and economical operations. You will drive engineering standards, manage MOC processes, and guide capital and O&M projects to meet station needs.

As part of the plant leadership team, you will mentor Process Specialists, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and uphold our safety culture while delivering reliable energy for customers and stakeholders.

Formación

• Safety leadership and environmental program focus.
• Leadership of plant leadership team, ability to act as plant manager.
• Ability to develop and communicate technical plans.
• Experience with MOC processes and budget oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical activities at Cedar Bayou Plant to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Manage capital and O&M budgets and project tracking.
• Oversee outage work scopes, planning, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and safety policies.
