Job summary

As a plant leadership team member, you’ll guide outage work scopes, supervise Process Specialists, ensure safety compliance, and drive performance metrics to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in power/industrial plant environments with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and safety track record.
• Experience with outages and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities at Cedar Bayou Plant to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Develop and manage technical plans, procedures, and budgets to support station needs.
• Support outage work scopes and project execution.
• Oversee compliance with corporate procedures and safety policies.
• Guide Process Specialists and coordinate engineering resources.
• Monitor equipment condition and prioritize maintenance and upgrades.
