Eaton Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Sherman, TX facility. You will lead plant supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, and inventory control, to ensure on-time customer order fulfillment while optimizing inventory levels.

Responsibilities include implementing the SIOP process, analyzing SAP data, managing supplier performance, and driving cost-out programs in collaboration with corporate teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience managing or leading people.

Mansioni

• Lead the Sherman Plant Supply Chain and direct planning, procurement, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Network leaders on capacity and lead time management goals.
• Coordinate with Corporate Commodity teams on supplier performance and cost-out programs.
• Oversee materials planning, scheduling, direct material purchasing, inventory control, cycle counts, and warehousing.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean concepts and SAP data analysis to optimize the supply chain.
