Job summary

Eaton's ARS division is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Cleveland, TN. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will direct supply chain and customer service, oversee procurement, materials management, and logistics, and drive continuous improvement to meet production objectives.

You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and align materials planning with business strategy. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• CPIM certification is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain and procurement is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all supply chain and customer service functions for the Cleveland, TN facility.
• Lead procurement strategy, supplier selection, and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Oversee materials management, inventory, receiving, and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-out initiatives.
• Develop and mentor SCM staff and uphold EHS/QMS goals.
• Align supply chain activities with plant and company objectives.
