Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions division seeks a Supply Chain Manager for our Youngsville, NC site to lead planning, procurement, and inventory activities supporting the new MVSST product line. You will drive SIOP, optimize stock levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure continuous supply and operational excellence.

The role focuses on material planning, scheduling, and warehousing while leveraging SAP and ERP systems to meet demanding customer requirements and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred advanced degree.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Materials Management, shipping/receiving, stock room, SIOP, or related leadership.
• 3+ years leading people or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning with manufacturing and supplier capacity to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze ERP/SAP data and prepare managerial reports for action.
• Provide onsite leadership to receiving, shipping, warehouse, and procurement teams.
• Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines in SAP to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage material cost impact of engineering changes and ensure successful implementations.
• Monitor performance metrics: days on hand, inventory, on-time delivery, and cycle count accuracy.
• Support MMA/OpA assessments and SCM initiatives.
