Responsibilities

• Lead plant supply chain team for Sherman Plant operations.
• Oversee materials planning, scheduling, and ordering for customer orders.
• Drive SIOP process and data analysis for reporting and actions.
• Collaborate with SAP/ERP teams for planning, purchasing, and forecasting.
• Manage local purchasing and tooling/supply costs to meet profit objectives.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Apply lean methods and continuous improvement to extended supply chain.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
