Job summary

Eaton’s Sherman, TX manufacturing facility seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the plant’s end-to-end supply chain, including planning, procurement, and inventory control. This role coordinates with corporate teams on capacity, lead times, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery of orders while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Essential duties include directing materials planning, scheduling, and purchasing, plus driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives to meet profit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sherman Plant supply chain leadership and objectives.
• Manage demand with manufacturing and suppliers to meet customer needs.
• Implement and maintain the plant’s SIOP process; analyze data and report actions.
• Develop and perform deep analysis of SAP system health/settings.
• Oversee plant purchasing, tooling costs and cost controls.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methods.
