Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the Sherman, TX plant. You will lead manufacturing engineering activities, drive continuous improvement, and oversee capital and non-capital projects to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

You will provide technical direction, train personnel on equipment and processes, and support TPM, VAVE, and NPI initiatives while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of direct manufacturing engineering experience.
• Relocation assistance is available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sherman plant manufacturing engineering activities and CI programs.
• Manage capital and non-capital projects to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Provide technical direction and train plant personnel on equipment and processes.
• Support VAVE/NPI projects and develop TPM plans for production equipment.
• Create Standard Work and consult on production feasibility and process development.
