TE Connectivity seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead demand planning, MPS in SAP, RCCP, and cross-functional execution in Katy, TX. The role focuses on capacity, materials, and on-time delivery.

You will drive SIOP, S&OE, backlog management, and continuous improvement with a collaborative team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. TE offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Supply Chain/Materials Planning Management experience.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
• Experience with ERP systems and IT interfaces.
• Process improvement experience.
• Capacity planning and scheduling experience.
• Must be able to pass ITAR requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to ensure demand and IBP supply plans translate into a Master Production Schedule in SAP.
• Lead RCCP processes to validate capacity feasibility and surface constraints.
• Direct cross-functional teams to mitigate capacity, material, and resource gaps.
• Chair plant load and scheduling meetings to align priorities and material availability.
• Lead S&OE at the plant level through daily routines and meetings.
• Ensure alignment between SAP MRP signals, shop-floor schedules, and customer delivery priorities.
• Drive corrective actions to maintain delivery performance and plan stability.
• Own plant-level SIOP supply review and validate IBP against capacity and inventory.
• Lead backlog analysis and align production output with billing targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance of SIOP, S&OE, and planning processes.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to align targets.
