Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality and productivity on the plant floor. The role emphasizes safeguarding employees, enforcing GMP practices, and maintaining clean, efficient operations.

You will train staff, enforce safety standards, coordinate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement leveraging LN and MS Office for data and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year technical degree required, substitute may be military experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to perform duties of operator/maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for production employees, visitors, and temporary labor.
• Ensure safety training is conducted and equipment PPE worn.
• Lead safety initiatives and engage employees through pre-shift meetings.
• Monitor production, quality, and process efficiency; drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues and repairs.
• Ensure LN data entry accuracy and CMMS documentation as directed.
