Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead safety training and daily safety culture on the production floor.
• Coordinate pre-shift meetings and supervisor rounds to ensure safety and production goals.
• Monitor OEE and production efficiencies, directing improvements with maintenance and operations teams.
• Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and housekeeping to meet quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain employee relations, attendance, overtime, and shift meeting documentation.
