Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks an experienced Shift Leader to supervise production activities, ensure a safe work environment, and oversee preventive maintenance and process improvements. The role focuses on maintaining high product quality, accurate documentation, and strong teamwork with maintenance and production staff.

You will monitor equipment, enforce safety protocols, and drive improvements to achieve World Class OEE standards while coordinating training and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience, with preferably 2 years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and ensure safe operation of production equipment.
• Ensure PPE is worn and enforce safety rules across staff and visitors.
• Monitor production floor for unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Record daily production, downtime and maintenance data in CMMS.
• Perform preventive maintenance and drive improvements to meet OEE targets.
• Train staff and coordinate TPM activities; promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate problems and progress to management and maintenance teams.
