Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the operations team in our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safe, reliable equipment operation, driving OEE improvements and adherence to food safety standards.

You will supervise maintenance staff, develop TPM programs, manage CMMS, and coordinate downtime for preventive maintenance while controlling costs and promoting a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A 4-year technical degree or equivalent military experience is required.
• Ability to provide technical guidance with industry knowledge.
• Strong people skills and leadership qualities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and equipment reliability.
• Lead and support safety, quality and TPM initiatives across the plant.
• Ensure lockout/tagout procedures and safe machine operation are followed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage downtime for repairs.
• Maintain CMMS records and control maintenance costs and parts inventory.
• Engage with employees, celebrate successes and coach for continuous improvement.
