Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead operations, coach supervisors, and drive safety, quality and efficiency in a manufacturing plant.

The role requires a 4-year degree, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will oversee safety programs, TPM/CLAIR initiatives and scheduling to meet customer demand while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding safety, quality and production teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct production personnel in safety and safe operation of equipment.
• Ensure safety rules are enforced and unsafe conditions are reported or corrected.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure proper use of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Promote Ring Family Culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Produce high quality product and ensure traceability and defect control.
• Monitor machine efficiency, track OEE, downtime and losses; root-cause actions.
• Schedule production to meet demand and safety stock requirements.
• Supervise shift supervisors and facilitate supervisor meetings.
• Support TPM and CLAIR projects with proper staffing and tasks.
• Contribute to food safety, defense, and SQFI/BRC compliant programs.
