Job summary

Premier Tech Horticulture is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, coordinate material flows, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role involves supervising the team, maintaining quality controls, and communicating across departments to meet production goals.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement while upholding health and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive with strong problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to work variable shifts (morning, afternoon, evening).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production team activities.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production and inventory processes.
• Oversee receipt, transfer, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed across operations.
• Train and support team members for performance and development.
• Maintain clear communication with management and other teams.
