Qualifications

• Our Operator must have a High School diploma or GED and successfully complete entrance exams and interviews.
• Our Operator may act as Person In Charge in the absence of management.
• Our Operator should possess a sense of urgency, accountability, professionalism and self-motivation to improve the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently and maintain documentation.
• Communicate ideas and problems to appropriate staff.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Participate in production equipment changeovers and ensure product quality.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, HACCP and housekeeping standards.
