Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and explain deviation from expected Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Complete machine and task training as documented in the Operator Development Plan.
• Perform data collection of quality measurements and correct deviations to meet specifications.
• Monitor and respond to deviations in SPC charting.
• Communicate problems, progress reports and improvement ideas to management and staff.
• Perform maintenance tasks per Maintenance Manager instructions and troubleshoot issues.
• Promote housekeeping and safety compliant practices.
