Job summary

Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree with 2+ years of related engineering experience.
- Master's degree in engineering may qualify for entry at Sr level.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with control systems, instrumentation and performance monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment issues and support startup/shutdown activities.
- Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
- Monitor plant data to identify performance gaps affecting availability, heat rate and efficiency.
- Support reliability programs (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, controls diagnostics).
- Maintain configuration control and technical documentation.
- Coordinate and support capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness for plant operations.
