Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, or industrial facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of power plant equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and plant efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and plant modifications.
• Review and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
• Support planned outages and major maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, availability, and cost performance.
