Job summary

You will monitor performance, diagnose issues, drive troubleshooting, manage changes, and coordinate capital projects with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree with 2+ years' related experience.
- Alternative: non-ABET engineering degree with ABET-equivalent master’s/PhD.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment and system issues; support start-up and shutdowns.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve reliability.
- Monitor plant data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support reliability programs like vibration analysis and oil analysis.
- Maintain configuration/drawing records and MOC documentation.
- Coordinate capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Provide data-driven insights to plant leadership.
