Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Beaver Dam facility to keep production lines running smoothly. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime on production equipment, set up lines, and work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, willingness to work overtime when needed, and ability to document work in SAP. You will contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Hold or obtain forklift license.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Set up and change over production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during production.
