Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Manager of Maintenance and Engineering in the Dallas area to lead site maintenance, reliability, facilities, and plant engineering initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee capital projects, and partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure production goals are met with safe, cost-effective operations.

The role requires leading diverse teams, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, and using CMMS data to identify

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, reliability, or technical leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading maintenance teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead site maintenance and engineering teams, including coordination of technicians, planners, engineers, and contractors.
Develop and sustain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to align maintenance priorities with production goals.
Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and downtime.
Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements from planning through start-up and execution.
