Job summary

Unknown company located in the Dallas Technology Solutions Site seeks a Manager of Maintenance and Engineering to lead maintenance, reliability, facilities, and plant engineering efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, reliability, or technical leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams, managing technical personnel, and coordinating work across multiple shifts or production areas.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, utilities, facilities, and production equipment systems used in manufacturing operations.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, maintenance planning, spare parts management, and reliability improvement practices.
Proven ability to manage capital projects, contractors, budgets, timelines, equipment installations, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the site maintenance and engineering teams and third-party providers.
Develop and sustain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Align maintenance priorities with production schedules and business objectives.
Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and downtime.
Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities.
Own maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts strategy, and shutdown planning.
