Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related technical field.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• 7+ years in reliability engineering or maintenance management in industrial settings.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage equipment reliability programs (RCFA, RCM, FMEA).
• Monitor KPIs for uptime, costs, and MTBF.
• Oversee condition monitoring tech (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis).
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering to optimize assets and plan capital projects.
• Lead reliability initiatives to reduce lifecycle costs.
• Manage and develop a team of reliability engineers and technicians.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in reliability activities.
• Maintain asset data in CMMS.
• Provide guidance on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
