Trane Supply in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facility and equipment maintenance at the plant. You will drive reliability, safety, and performance of assets through proactive planning and strong leadership.

You will shape TPM programs, manage storeroom and budgets, coach teams, and collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and maintenance spend.
• Proven coaching and team development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment.
• Develop and execute a proactive maintenance strategy including preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Oversee storeroom accuracy, organization, purchasing processes, and inventory control.
• Manage maintenance and facility budgets and cost-effective resource planning.
• Develop and manage TPM program to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams to drive performance and capabilities.
• Identify productivity initiatives to drive cross-functional efficiency.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across maintenance and facilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain on plant goals.
• Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements.
