Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor in Bloomington, MN to lead a union maintenance team, manage PM programs, and drive reliability of manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure OSHA compliance, oversee CapEx planning, and report KPIs using Brightly CMMS. Requires 5 years in industrial maintenance with 2+ years in supervision and relevant technical training.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma with trade cert or an AS in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance or facilities management, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with HVAC and air compressors; ability to read blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team; oversee PM and corrective work.
• Oversee facilities, production equipment, and warehouse assets; ensure uptime.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security) and CapEx planning.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors; ensure on-site safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and oversee budget with Facilities Admin.
• Utilize Brightly CMMS for work orders, asset history, trends, and reporting.
